The Key West Resort & Marina--Home of the Wave, is a venue in the virtual world called Second Life. It was established on July 7, 2007 by three residents: Eo Sands, Galt Hax and Liz Harley. The venue is located on the Key West Island sim. On August 9, 2009, three new sims were added on to Key West Island: Key West Shoals, Gold Caye and Isla de Paz. The four sims provide an area for members to live; play; explore; and listen to a dedicated stream, exceptional DJs, and live music.
